We have used Horizon for multiple things. They installed our central air system and thoroughly explained the entire system before they left. Most recently just last week when we went to use our heat for the first time of the season, it didn’t work. The boys at Horizon came over and quickly found the problem and got my heat up and running. The Horizon crew showed up on time. They were polite, started to work immediately. They discussed and explained the install of the mini-split systems before they began work. They cleaned up after themselves. They checked to make sure the systems worked and showed us the simple basics of using the remote to get us going. The entire install process went extremely smoothly and took almost 8 hours. It was a thoroughly professional job, as you would expect. The Della units work fantastically.

Our split unit broke in our apartment so we called Horizon to come and fix it! Mike came out that day; tried everything to get it back up and running but we needed an entire new unit. Mike was extremely responsive throughout the process when I asked him the estimated arrival of the unit. He answered me almost immediately and also reached out to me when the product had arrived. Mike was out a day later to replace it. He mounted the controller to the wall for me because I lose everything! He offered to clean the mess up but I insisted I would do it. Very professional, timely and extremely helpful with the new product. Mike even sent a follow up text a few hours later asking if I had any questions on the unit and how it was working! I hired mike and horizon hvac at one of our commercial properties the unit was having issues from the previous hvac company that initially did the work. Mike found the problem and fixed it now it works perfectly. Mike and his crew were always very clean which was big on this project because it was salon suites. I can not say enough about Horizon HVAC. They were recommended to me through Cumberland community website because of the great jobs they have done all around town in the past. Well….add me to the list! I called, they came over about 10 minutes later, diagnosed the problem, went online and found the cheapest but most compatible part in the case it was a condenser saved me $2000.00, already put it in and now we are experiencing nice cold air in our family house again. The three men that came over were polite, super nice and just got right to it- whole thing took about 2 hours time! “Mike”- drop here!
