The Horizon crew showed up on time. They were polite, started to work immediately. They discussed and explained the install of the mini-split systems before they began work. They cleaned up after themselves. They checked to make sure the systems worked and showed us the simple basics of using the remote to get us going. The entire install process went extremely smoothly and took almost 8 hours. It was a thoroughly professional job, as you would expect. The Della units work fantastically.
