These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Horizon HVAC LLC, a Rhode Island-licensed HVAC contractor (License #00007430). By scheduling service, requesting a quote, submitting a form on our website, or receiving SMS communications from us, you agree to these Terms.

Horizon HVAC LLC provides heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services to residential and commercial customers in Rhode Island, including:
All work is performed by licensed and insured technicians.
When you provide your phone number and opt in to SMS, you may receive the following types of messages:
Transactional SMS (requires consent to receive service):
Message frequency: Varies based on your active service requests, typically 2-6 messages per service call.
Marketing SMS (optional, separate consent required):
Message frequency: Up to 4 marketing messages per month if subscribed.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your mobile carrier may apply to SMS messages we send and any replies you send. Horizon HVAC does not charge for sending or receiving SMS.
You can opt out of SMS communications at any time:
We process opt-out requests within 24 hours. Opting out of marketing SMS does not opt you out of transactional SMS for active service requests. To stop all SMS including transactional messages, reply STOP or contact us directly.
You agree to provide accurate contact information and service address, be available or have an authorized adult present during scheduled service, provide reasonable access to the equipment, pay for completed services per the agreed terms, and notify us promptly of any warranty concerns.
Our handling of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to those practices.
To the maximum extent permitted by Rhode Island law, Horizon HVAC’s total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation does not apply to bodily injury, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
If a dispute arises, contact us first at (401) 425-9879 or support@horizonhvacinc.com. If we cannot resolve the dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before pursuing litigation. Any litigation will be brought in the courts of Rhode Island and governed by Rhode Island law.
Wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon,
Sprint, and U.S. Cellular, are not liable for delayed or undelivered
messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Carriers are not responsible for any issues related to the transmission
or receipt of messages from Horizon HVAC Inc.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service and to consent
to receive text messages from Horizon HVAC Inc. By submitting any form or
opting in to communications, you confirm you are 18 years or older and
have the legal authority to enter this agreement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance.
